Dhanee has more than 17 years of proven experience in Retained Executive Search including his stint as a Co-Founder and Partner with INSIGHT Talent Capital Partners (a boutique executive search firm) and Senior Vice President with DHR International as well as a Managing Consultant with Korn/Ferry International, based in Bangkok for five years. Dhanee brings extensive experience serving multi-national and local clients and has recruited C-level executives for various organisations in Thailand and throughout the emerging Southeast Asia markets.
Andre has 20 years of experience in HR and Executive Recruitment. He specialises in the Professional Services and Technology sectors and serves clients throughout the Asia Pacific region. Andre is known for his ability to understand his client’s needs, and is gifted in quickly finding solutions and convincing the right individuals. Prior to joining GTSJ Asia, Andre was the Regional Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Administration at Pomelo, a leading Omni channel fashion brand in Southeast Asia. Before relocating to Bangkok, Andre was a Principal with Eric Salmon and CT Partners, based in Singapore. Andre started his career with Avanade (an Accenture & Microsoft JV) in Hong Kong.

Mr Furuta set up JOMON Associates in April 1996, the first ever Japanese executive search firm of its kind. Prior to founding JOMON Associates, Mr Furuta was with Russell Reynolds Associates. He has now established a market for executive search for Japanese domestic companies and successfully distinguished JOMON Associates from other search firms operating in this market. Mr Furuta’s earlier career includes eight years at Nomura Securities in underwriting and brokerage management, and ten years in industrial sales with Kobe Steel, based in Tokyo, Kobe, and the Middle East. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Tokyo.
Yasumichi Mori joined JOMON Associates in 2013 to serve as an invaluable bridge between companies and leadership talents to accelerate business growth and transformation. Prior to joining JOMON Associates, he worked for Sony Corporation in business controlling areas including five years’ experience in Paris, France as an Assistant General Manager for its European business unit. He started his business career in Tokyo Steel where he built expertise in Finance. He also worked for Sun Microsystems, in charge of FP&A. He holds a BA in Sociology from Hitotsubashi University.
